JKClips — Terms of Service

JKClips ("the App") is a tool that creates short-form video clips and publishes them to the operator's own connected social media accounts. By using the App you agree to these terms.

1. Permitted use

You may use the App only to publish content you have the right to publish, to accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and in compliance with the terms of each platform involved (TikTok, YouTube/Google, Instagram) and any clip-marketplace campaign rules that apply.

2. Your responsibilities

• Ensure you hold the necessary rights or campaign authorization for any source content you clip.
• Include required disclosures (e.g. #Sponsored) where content is part of a paid campaign.
• Do not use the App to generate artificial views, operate fake accounts, or otherwise violate any platform's or marketplace's terms.

3. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for platform actions (including account suspensions), lost revenue, or content moderation decisions made by third-party platforms or marketplaces.

4. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party APIs (TikTok, Google/YouTube). Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
